We are not offering tours at this time in effort to minimize the number of people inside the building.
If you are interested in enrolling your child in the fall of 2021, and you have never attended a Prospective Parent meeting, please plan to attend on either Wednesday, January 6th, or Thursday, January 7th, at 10:00 a.m. in the LHUMC Sanctuary. At these meetings, you will have an opportunity to learn more about CCDC’s curriculum, daily routine, and view a video showcasing the school. Registration forms will be provided at the meeting and they may be completed and turned in that day as well. A $25 application fee, payable by cash or check, is required with each completed application. A tour of the school will not be offered at this time. Masks and physical distancing will be required throughout the meeting.
If you have attended a Prospective Parent meeting in years past, you are welcome to attend again, or you may email to request a Registration Form to be emailed to you. Forms will be emailed on January 5th, and may be submitted to CCDC on January 6th and 7th by bringing them to the school.
Once our currently enrolled students, siblings, and church members are placed in their classes, we will begin enrolling children whose applications were turned in during these meetings.
We will call each student who is being offered an enrollment opportunity by the first of February. If you accept placement, your registration fee (equal to 1 month’s tuition) will be due within 24 hours and this payment will secure your spot at CCDC.
All students who will be placed on our waitlist will receive a letter or an email. All applicants that do not get enrolled are automatically placed on the waitlist.
